I think of it as a rule that every girl, no matter what age, young or old, should have a beautiful doll. There is a remarkable feeling about owning a toy so pretty and precious. I still remember the day I was given my first porcelain doll. She was a tall, beautiful, fair skinned young girl made just for me that was dressed as the loveliest bride I had ever seen. That bride gave me endless amounts of joy as I delicately moved her position. You see, I was looking for something different today; I stumbled upon this. To say it is perfect is an understatement. Every girl should have a doll of their own, and I now believe upon seeing this, that every sweet Lolita should take the pleasure of owning one too. Sweet to me has always been a childish in the finest of ways. It embraces the bows, frills and prints that society has told us is only meant to be reserved for children and says, “Stuff you.” So why not bring another element of your childhood into your next cord?

I know this is a lolita blog but I have to say this.

Thank you. Today one of my best friends tried to commit suicide. Thank you so much. Tumblr in the end I believe was what saved her. The notes. You all showed her how loved she is. I didn’t know what to do. I was so scared. But thank you. I don’t think this is over. But right now I just do not know how to express my relief. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Anonymous asked: What would you consider Sci Fi lolita? Do you have any ideas? Would you consider giving it a go yourself?

Oh this is a delightful question! Sci Fi lolita to me would really be a sense of giving Lolita a second element. The same sort of shapes mostly. I like to think of it as a more space/science influence. So co-ordinations based on Dr Who, Star Trek, Star Wars, The solar systems, Stars, Future based technology, etc. I would most certainly it wear it myself. I actually have heaps of designs for it already. Just little sketches here and there.

Sci Fi lolita. I believe it could be something amazing.

I have one close friend, Rebecca, who also enjoys Lolita. However the rest of my friends aren’t really that interested. They accept its a part of my life, my love for it, and my ramblings about it but most of them are more into the gothic/alternative/hipster type looks than victorian dresses modernised! Oh well. It is their loss.
